I have not been paid or directed in any way to write this site. I just want to tell everyone that I have found a really great place. For people 55 & older to go if they find themselves in any mental difficulty. The list of things that you might need help with is long, and gets longer the older we get.
I recently spent a few weeks as their guest. Because I tried to stop using THC, by using an OTC mushroom product. Called "Fungies" That served as the first stage booster rocket, for my latest launch into hyper manic space. I have been a uni-polar maniac for most of my life. I needed to quit THC, because it was messing with my heart.
They listened to my needs and concerns, even when I could barley stutter and stammer the words out, do to my mania.
The Doctors worked with me to find the drug combination and dosage that brought me back to this dimension, without the usual I am the doctor I know everything crap.
The food was quite good. Of course addition of salt/pepper/ketchup/mustard/honey is always required because these things are not added in the kitchen. Because some of the other patients can't have them. They used obviously fresh tender cuts of meat/fish, fresh vegetables, real cheese, potatoes, etc. not powder. The cook came up with the meal cart every meal which was always within a minute or 2 either side of the assigned time. Was always making sure that everyone was enjoying their meal, and taking feed back on what we liked or did not. Then actually made the requested changes where it was possible, or explained why she could not accomplish it with much apology.
Her deserts were divine!
